• Technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed and cookie preferences when available.
• Messages, quotation discussions and support history needed to follow up your request.

• Review your request and prepare a personalised itinerary and quotation.
• Contact you to clarify dates, services, accommodation or group needs.
• Arrange confirmed travel services with guides, accommodation and transport partners.
• Maintain request records, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and protect the website.
• Improve our routes, service information and website experience using aggregated insights.
• Meet record-keeping, regulatory or lawful authority requirements where they apply.

We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to Vietnam Roaming staff and service providers who need relevant details to answer or operate your request.

For a confirmed journey, only necessary details may be shared with guides, drivers, accommodation providers or activity partners. Website, email, security and analytics providers may process limited data on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect travellers and our services.

A group organiser may provide information for other travellers. They should have permission to do so and should share this notice with those travellers.

We ask for each child’s age at departure because it can affect rooms, seating and service planning. Please do not send identification documents or medical records through the public form unless our team has provided a secure and necessary method.
