Tour pages provide planning information and examples. Routes, durations, inclusions and starting prices may change because of dates, group needs, local conditions or supplier availability.

You agree to provide complete and accurate contact, group and planning information. We may ask for clarification before preparing a quotation.

• Vietnam Roaming reviews each request and sends a personalised quotation manually by email.
• A quotation is based on the stated itinerary, travel date, group, accommodation and included services.
• Availability is not held by submitting the website form unless stated in a later written agreement.
• Your written confirmation will identify the services agreed and any applicable payment schedule or special conditions.

Tell us as soon as possible if dates, travellers or services change. We will review the effect on availability and cost before confirming an adjustment.

Cancellation requests are reviewed by the team and are not completed automatically by the website. Any charges, credits or refunds depend on the written terms accepted for the confirmed journey and costs already committed to suppliers.

• Check passports, visas, entry rules and travel documents for every traveller.
• Arrange suitable travel and medical insurance for the planned activities.
• Tell us promptly about dietary, mobility, health or safety needs relevant to service planning.
• Follow reasonable instructions from guides and local authorities and respect communities, property and the environment.
• Avoid unlawful, unsafe or disruptive conduct that may put the group or local partners at risk.

Travel in Vietnam can be affected by weather, road conditions, closures and other circumstances outside reasonable control. We may adjust the order, route, accommodation or transport when needed for safety or practical operation, while aiming to preserve the character of the journey.

Some services are delivered by independent accommodation, transport and activity providers. Their relevant rules may also apply to those services.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those responsibilities, Vietnam Roaming is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by a traveller, failure to follow instructions or events outside reasonable control.
